Devonshires Solicitors LLP named as Tier One for a second year in the area of Debt recovery by Legal 500

The most recent Legal 500 directory has been published and we are delighted that the Debt Collection Team has kept its previous year’s ratings of a Tier One Status.

Debt Recovery is a core area of our business within the Litigation and Disputes Resolution department and we deal with all forms of debt recovery both in the UK and internationally.

We provide a commercially orientated fast, efficient and effective service enabling our clients to focus on the running of their own business rather than spending excessive time and money pursuing outstanding debts. We provide a full service for our clients from locating their debtor to pursuing them through County Court, High Court or taking Insolvency Proceedings against them.

Our clients consist of sole traders, Landlords, SMEs, other financial institutions, large multi-national firms, PLCs, the social housing sector and Local Authorities. Whilst we are based in London we provide both a national and international debt recovery service through our network of established contacts.

Where possible we work on a no recovery no fee commission basis, fixed fees or the usual hourly rates. But the fees are specific to each client and their scenario.
