Further Update on Residential and Commercial Tenants Evictions

Yesterday the Government announced a further update for Landlords and Tenants:

• Extends the ban for commercial evictions to 30 June 2021;
• Extends the ban for residential evictions to 31 May 2021;
• Courts will still be able look into eviction claims if they are connected with anti-social behaviour, fraud or domestic violence; and,
• You will still have to provide six month notice for evictions.
